Who We Are.
The company was founded in July 1994 as Air Fluid Systems Tampa Bay, Inc. As a result of expansion beyond the technology from which the name was derived, the company’s name was changed to MedSTAR Medical.

Our Mission
	To promote the care, comfort and treatment of residents by providing facility management with“just-in-time” access to specialized treatment resources
Our Goal
	To facilitate rapid initial treatment of resident conditions by delivering product to a facility within 4 hours of a customer request
Our Staff
	Account managers who work closely on an ongoing basis with facility staff to determine the most relevant solutions to their needs
	Experienced, long-serving technicians who are trained to provide prompt, courteous, and non-disruptive on-site service
	Customer service agents who are provided with a wide array of tools to allow “one-and-done” response to customer inquiries/requests
